What does a branding agency do?
A branding agency decides how a business looks, sounds and explains itself, then writes it down so everyone who touches the brand gets it right. The work starts with strategy: who you serve, what you do better than the next option and the one sentence a customer should remember.
From there we design the identity: logo and wordmark, color, type, photography direction and the rules for using them. The last step is the part most small brands skip. We turn the identity into templates and files your team, your printer and your web developer can use without calling us.
What does a brand identity package include?
Packages differ by project, but a complete identity from Full On Social covers the pieces below. A single restaurant or a new development usually needs all of them. A business with a logo it likes may only need the system and the messaging around it.
- Discovery: a working session on goals, audience and competitors, plus a written brand brief.
- Positioning and messaging: the core statement, tagline options, tone of voice and key phrases for the website and social bios.
- Visual identity: primary logo, secondary marks, color palette, type pairing and graphic elements.
- Brand guidelines: a document that shows correct and incorrect use, ready to hand to vendors.
- Launch files: social profile images, post and story templates, business cards, signage and print-ready exports.
What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is one mark. A brand identity is the full system around it: the colors, the type, the photo style, the voice and the rules that make a menu, a leasing site and an Instagram grid look like they came from the same place. Customers rarely remember a logo on its own. They remember the consistency.
Branding for restaurants and real estate projects
Most of our identity work is for two kinds of clients. Restaurants and hospitality brands need an identity that survives a busy feed, a printed menu and a storefront at night. Real estate developers need a project brand that exists before the building does, so the name, the site and the first renderings can start leasing interest early. See our pages on restaurant marketing and real estate marketing for how branding fits into those launches.
How much does a brand identity cost?
Cost depends on how many pieces you need, how many concepts you want to see, whether naming is part of the job and how many applications (signage, packaging, menus, site) the identity has to cover. Every project is quoted after a short call, because scope drives cost. Tell us what you are building and we will send rates that fit it.
